Depost AI plans are priced for people and teams who publish on LinkedIn regularly: drafting, analysing, scheduling and engaging for one or more brands, every week. Every AI generation, every sync and every MCP request costs us something to run. This policy, from Remoteen ("we", "us" or "our"), explains what we consider normal use of a plan, what we do not, and what happens at the edges. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Each plan includes a set of connected LinkedIn accounts (brands), and for each of those a generous allowance for the things a real content workflow needs:
The allowances are sized so that a person, or a team, working a brand hard every day will not notice them. The current limits for each plan are shown inside the app and on the pricing page.
Drafting several posts a day, running analysis on every published post, keeping a full calendar, replying to comments in your voice, and working through Claude or ChatGPT for hours at a time are all normal. Agencies managing many brands, with a connected account for each, are normal. Bursts, such as filling a month's calendar in an afternoon, are normal.
The following are outside what a plan is for, and we may limit or stop them:
If you reach a plan allowance, the app tells you, and the affected feature waits until the allowance resets or you move to a plan with more room. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged without your say-so.
If we see use that falls under section 4, we will normally get in touch first and ask you to change it or move to a plan that fits. Where the use is clearly abusive, or is harming the Service for others, we may throttle or suspend the account straight away and tell you afterwards. Repeated or serious abuse can lead to the account being closed under the Terms of Service.
We may update this policy as plans and features change; the date at the top shows the current version. If you are not sure whether something you plan to do is covered, ask us at support@depost.ai and we will tell you.
